OVERVIEW
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of greenlands.us and the information, tools, products, and services made available through the site. By visiting the site or buying from GREENLANDS, users agree to these terms and to any linked policies that apply to the service.
The terms apply to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. Anyone who does not agree with the terms should not access the website or use the service.
New features or tools added to the store are also covered by these terms. GREENLANDS may update the terms by posting changes on this page. Continued use after changes are posted means the user accepts those changes.
The store platform is provided through Shopify Inc., which supplies the e-commerce technology used to sell products and services.

Some products or services may be available only through the website, may have limited quantities, and may be returned or exchanged only under the Return and Refund Policy.
GREENLANDS works to show product colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee that every display will show color correctly. GREENLANDS may limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction and may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
Product descriptions, prices, and offers may change without notice. GREENLANDS does not guarantee that purchased products, services, information, or materials will meet every expectation or that service errors will be corrected.

If any provision is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will still be enforced as far as the law allows, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive termination. Users may stop using the service, and GREENLANDS may terminate access if it believes a user has failed to comply with the terms.
